Kourtney Kardashian: How to get her look

The 32 year-old mommy with live-in boyfriend, Scott Disick, has not only joined with sisters Kim & Kourtney to form their own fashion line at Sears, but she’s also been the backbone that’s taken the boutique that started it all – DASH – to Miami & New York.

And when it comes to setting the fashion trends one has to include BF Disick in the equation. The reality star has not only graced the cover of Men’s Health Magazine, but he’s also guest-starred on the hilarious, tongue-in-cheek, talk show ‘Fashion Police’ hosted by Joan Rivers, dissecting the fashion do’s & don’ts of the celebrity-set in a weekly red carpet recap co-starring George Kotsiopoulos, Kelly Osborne, and E! News Anchor, Giuliani Ranic – And Kardashian episodes wherein Scott goes in search of his next fashion accessory, landing Disick & pals in Paul Smith trying out walking sticks, landed at the top of the viewer charts & proved Disick’s willing to try just about anything when it comes to expressing himself through style.

Houston's newest menswear boutique, opening this fall, has announced they will be carrying White Horse Trading Co.!

Not even open to the public yet, the Class Room has already created quite the buzz via its style-savvy blog, which has made locals believe that the "hip" in hipster has finally landed in Houston.

"The Class Room is proud to present White Horse Trading Co. Hailing from the Land of Love, (that’s Loveland, Colorado to be exact) these ties are definitely made with a whole lot of love and one can see that with the time, dedication and effort put into each and every tie which is cut, sewn, finished, and packaged every step of the way in the good ‘ol U.S. of A (that rhymed). Handcrafted from utilitarian materials such as heavy-duty duck cloth, jean-weight denim, Italian linen and repurposed, 100% wool Pendleton blankets the co.’s ties are a great way to add some character and personal style to any outfit. Each tie has a squared bottom, slim 2″ width, and leather tie catch in the back. We are very excited to introduce these amazing ties to the Houston area. CEO/Founder of parker+paige signed her first menswear account this August onto the company’s expansion into wholesale representation.

White Horse Trading Co. is a line of men’s neck wear from Colorado-based designer Ryan Martin.

Inspired by designers like Ralph Lauren & Billy Reid, Martin has set out to put his own take on the American spirit in the old, Wild West with his line of thin, square neckties.

Rather than design by season, Martin likes to manufacture small collections based on the latest, greatest fabric he’s found – sourced right here at home in the good ole U.S.A., making his collection from start to finish 100% American made. Better yet, a large portion of each tie is still being hand sewn by the designer himself – call it great work ethic, or a passion for what he does – either way, we consider it an asset.

Launching the brand from a small Etsy shop in May of this year, the new designer has already venerated a substantial amount of press from industry veterans, like http://www.get-kempt.com/ an Urban Daddy publication that wrote a piece on his Serape Blanket Tie in August, and http://www.well-spent.com/ who has already written 2 pieces on the recently-launched brand: 1 self-titled piece, profiling the new designer, and a 2nd entitled ‘Horseplay’ – both in July of this year.

From duck cloth to Pendleton worsted wool this kid can make any vintage, American-made fabric look young again. But what’s made the biggest impression with buyers by far has been his use of Pendleton Serape blankets to make a think tie full of the adobe & Aztec-inspired prints that are so in for this fall.

We hear, the new Southwest trend has become so hot, even Opening Ceremony is in talks with the Pendleton line to get an exclusive partnership signed before spring – who knows, once they catch a glimpse of these sweet thangs, they may be knockin’ on the White Horse Trading door next!
